Cozy Beach front with Rooftop , A modern style and freshly renovated apartment in Vila do Conde with 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean from the Rooftop with free parking in front . The apartment features a king size bed in the room and one sofa for sleep 2 in the living room . Free unlimited 100 Mbps WiFi speed and a 40inch LED TV with 140 channels.
This apartment is ideal for single travelers, couples, families and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The Space

We just got done renovating it and then rebuilt it with functionality and design in mind. The result was a crisp all white modern apartment that provides everything you need for a beach holiday.

Cozy Beach front with Rooftop would be very comfortable for 2 till 4 adults. Potentially, with the fold out sofa, one or two adults or children would be ok so we are listing it for 4 people.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the building including;
-Private Rooftop with 2 sun lounge , 4 chairs and one table for 4
– Outdoor grill on the rooftop will be possible upon request for minimum 7 nights
– Ability to receive packages before arrival (Please ask for instructions once you are confirmed)

Other things to keep in mind

Cozy Beach front with Rooftop will be very clean when you arrive, but daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. We can organize our housekeeper, to come do thorough clean for an additional charge and she is available most days. We will leave you plenty of fresh towels but if you need more it is not a problem for us to drop them off. If you need anything else please let us know.

You will be provided with 2 sets of keys. The entire apartment is yours.
